Permneftegeophysica PJSC (a subsidiary of Rosgeo) has completed the 3D CPDM-based field explorations in the Eastern-Sharapovsky area at the border of the Oktyabrsky District of the Perm Territory and Askinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Under the contract with LUKOIL-Perm LLC, the Chernushinsky seismic crew of Parmneftegeophysica examined in detail the geological structure of coal and Devonian formations within an area of 330.8 sq.km. The project objectives are to evaluate potentially oil-bearing areas, to prepare them for prospecting and exploratory drilling, and to specify parameters of the Savarsky deposit located within the Eastern-Sharapovsky area.

"Using advanced seismic exploration technologies, we successfully cooperate with oil producers and support them in discovering new productive pools near the old fields", — highlighted Igor Shumsky, Managing Director of Permneftegeophysica. "The Orlovsky deposit recently put into operation was opened by LUKOIL-Perm in the nearest Sharapovsky area after the detailed seismic survey and based on the recommendations of our seismic crew."
