Dmitry Bartasinsky won the bronze medal in the swimming competition at the Paralympics in Tokyo, finishing the third in the 100 m breaststroke (SB9 class).

Dmitry has been swimming since 2001 and has already achieved impressive results - he is a multiple world champion, European champion, European record holder (400 m freestyle), Honored Master of Sports of Russia in swimming among athletes with musculoskeletal disorders.

Dmitry plans to study in post-graduate school and, possibly, participate in the World Swimming Championships next year.
